HOW DOES IT SURVIVE

  • Their spotted coat helps them to blend in with the nature arround them.

THREATS (HUMANS)

  • Humans want their fur.
  • Deforestation
  • Killing jaguars is now a sport

PROTECTING THE JAGUAR

  • There is a law that prevents people from hunting them.
  • The U.S government recently create an area for jaguars.

I think

To make a park just for Jaguars so they can live their lives in the wild but also to be safe from humans that might try to get their fur, create a law that makes it not legal to hunt them, and also to create a center to help hurt Jaguars or lost baby Jaguars.

FOOD WEB

How is it like the dodo how is it different ( look or behavior )

The dodo and the jaguar are alike because: even though the dodo is a bird and the jaguar isn't, they are both unable to fly,. They are different because: the dodo is a vegetarian( it ate flowers from a tree that is know in danger of extinction because it depended on the dodo) but the jaguar eats meat, the dodo was hunted by animals that humans brought instead the jaguars are hunted by the humanist them selfs.
