Jackie Robinson

Jackie Robinson changed baseball and the community forever. There was many positive things and many negative things that took place in that period of time.

POSsitive Effects

• Changed baseball and the community forever.
• Broke the color barrier in major league baseball.
• Effected the league for the better forever.
• Inducted in hall of fame.
• Showed that color does not affect the person.

Negative Effects

• Put many blacks in danger.
• Jackie's family could be harmed.
• Jackie received many death threats
• Baseball was at risk of corruption
• White players did not want to play with a black player
