The Apple founder knew what music fans wanted, and they wanted a change in they way they listen to music.

The Apple Founder and chief executive, Steve Jobs, saw the internet in a different way. In 2002, he believed that music fans clearly wanted to download songs they liked in an affordable and wasy way rather than driving to a long distance just to buy an overpriced CD.

Apple's Itunes store is the dominant digital music retailer in the United States, commanding almost 70 percent of the digital music market.
