Many know Italy is tasty and fun, but how great is it really? In this brochure we will show you the life of the people and the food. So go ahead, read on.

THE NORTHERN REGION

THIS REGION HOLDS THE RICHEST SOIL IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY AND IS HOME TO THE ALPS MOUNTAINS

WHAT IT'S LIKE THERE?

  • Many lakes and mountain sides along with farm land is common
  • Temperatures average between 44 in january and 83 in july
  • The use of olive oil is somewhat traded for butter
  • Dishes like polenta and Risotto originated here
  • Common attractions include lake Como,Milan cathedral & who could forget,Venice

CENTRAL ITALY

WHAT IT'S LIKE THERE?

  • Mountainous and hilly
  • Tempetures range from 55 in january to 83 in june
  • dishes involving wine, olive oil or tomatoes like pasta or lasagna are common
  • Many seek out only the best meats to cook
  • Rome is here so you might as well see the Colosseum and visit the pope at the Sistine Chapel

SOUTHERN ITALY

NOT EXACTLY A PLACE WITH RICH LAND,BUT THE COATAL WATER SURE MAKES UP FOR IT.

  • Full of clifs and many, many beaches
  • Temperatures average from 55 in january to 84 in August
  • This is were americans get there italian. Dishes like spaghetti and eggplant parmesan are common
  • Many olives and lemons grow here due to the rocky climate
  • Pompii and Syracuse are two very popular attractions due to their history
