I am a kindergarten teacher, so I did my research on what other kindergarten teachers have done to integrate these standards into their classrooms.

Creativity & Innovation

  • Students demonstrate creative thinking, construct knowledge, and develop innovative products and processes using technology.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Ask the students how they can share their stories or projects with the public.

Research & Information Fluency

  • This one was difficult because of the word fluency. I would think that research and finding information would have to be model for several times/years to gain fluency
  • This is the only one I didn't use a kindergarten example with.

Research & Information Fluency

  • When I taught 5th grade, I showed my students a list of names. Then each student picked a name. They had to research that person and find five facts about this person. After the research was finished they had time to share their information.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

  • Making a music video with the students on the topic or subject you are learning. Have them brainstorm ideas of what you need to make the video. Then ideas on how you can get those itmes.

Digital Citizenship
