a little bit of iceland

  • Iceland is very small, its like 3 times less than Spain.
  • Not even four hundred thousand people live in it.
  • They have more than two hundred volcanoes.
  • It is not a very developed country. They only have one big city like the rest of europe, just the capital Reikiavik.

although it may not seem like it, most of Icelans`s economy is based on technology, in particular in the fields of software production, biotechnology and obviously tourism, because of its great diversity of materials. Thanks to that they have many mineral exports, is the most important source of income in Iceland with like the 25% os their total revenue.

In Iceland more than the 90% of the population follow the christianity, is the main religion in Iceland, the photo behind is the national church if Iceland. They have a lot of smalls churchs, they are like 350 around all Iceland.

Skógafoss is a waterfall located on the course of the Skógá River. It is a very beautiful waterfall with unforgettable views. Perfect for taking amazing photos.

This is Goðafoss, another waterfull but it's also so beautiful. is located in Thingeyjarsveit. What can we say, it is just perfect.

Hvannadalshnjúkur, is the highest peak in Iceland, always snowy, you can take some tours in its ice caves.

one of its most famous tourist thing are the aurora borealis, Iceland is one of the only 8 countrys where you can see aurora borealis.

Our conclusion is that we enjoyned to muchwe doing it, we think Iceland is one of the most beautiful places on the hearth, and going would be an unforgettable experience.
