CLOUD-BASED NOTE-TAKING TOOL
Professional uses: meeting notes with pictures and audio, saving emails, saving articles to read offline, storing business cards, shared notebooks, organizing units and resources

Personal uses: store recipes with pictures, keep receipts (via Receiptmate), health journal, home project ideas and inspiration

Evernote is great for storing primarily text-based documents and notes with the ability to add pictures, audio, and more.

CLOUD-BASED FILE STORAGE TOOL
Professional uses: sharing resources, agendas, committee work, transfer files to/from iPad

Personal uses: store pictures, house documents (manuals), tax info

Dropbox is great for shared folders, storing and sending large files, and organizing meetings.

Professional uses: file storage, shared folders, Docs/Sheets/Slides to edit on the go, organize and distribute class materials (gClass Folders, Flubaroo, Doctopus)

Personal uses: file storage, collaborative Christmas lists, plan vacations

Google Drive is essential for a digital classroom. Create files on any device, work collaboratively on them, create quizzes or surveys for students/parents, distribute and collect assignments from students, and more.

CREATE MULTIPLE LISTS TO STAY ORGANIZED
Professional uses: to-do list with reminders to stay on task

Personal uses: shared grocery lists, books to read, movies to watch, gift ideas, vacation ideas, freezer inventory, project ideas, places to eat

Wunderlist is my favorite app for making lists. Create multiple lists, add reminders to items, share lists with others.
