MOLLUSKS

  • Soft bodies
  • Have muscular feet
  • Some have shells
  • Take in o2 through gills or limgs
  • Ex:slugs,snails,squid

SPONGES

  • Have many pores in their body
  • They get food and eliminate waste
  • Specialized cells for obtaining food and o2
  • Very simmple animals
  • Water moves into a central cavity

ARTHROPODS

  • Jointed legs
  • Segmented bodies
  • Some have wings
  • Have exsoskeloten
  • Breathe through gills or air tubes

WORMS

  • Have long tube like bodies
  • Simplest organisms w/a nervous system
  • Long digestive tube
  • Take in o2 from water through there skin
  • Ex:earthworms, leeches

ECHINODERMS

  • Have arms that extend out from the middle
  • Have tube feet that take o2 from wate
  • Have spines
  • Ex:sea stars,brittle stars,sea cucumbers
