  • Who will be interviewing?
  • How long will interview last?
  • If it is at a facility, arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Practice set up prior to interview.

What to Wear

  • Consider a pastel rather than white which may glare.
  • If wearing white, wear jacket to cut down on glare.
  • Red should be avoided.
  • No flashy jewelry, can catch the light.
  • Try to avoid all light or all dark. Too much light clothing, camera automatically darkens. Face shadowed.

Set-up at Home

  • Test equipment
  • Put computer solid surface
  • Allow as much lighting as possible. Lighting in front of you, preferably from above.
  • Background - blank wall
  • Wear a bit more make-up
  • If picture or window behind, see that light does not bounces off surface.
