• Services provided at low cost by leveraging the Scale of the network
• Individuals at the nodes earning well to take care of their needs
• Multiple verticals at nodes collaboratively providing bouquet of solutions
• Need to define structure, titles, functions

Initiate Interdependent Initiative

• Choose an activity / initiative - Become a Node
• Activities: Learning, Design & Development, Health, Or Entreprenurial
• Build & Engage network of participants, Earn revenue & points
• Guide through resources, show & verify growth
• Expand, foster new nodes, collaborate with other activities

Learning, Design & Dev Nodes

• Create base of learners (from among your community, neighborhood)
• Ensure they go through pre-defined resources, track usage, get revenue
• Track usage, growth
• Expand, grow; collaborate with other nodes
• Encourage set up of new initiatives,  Mentor new nodes

Learning Node: Activities

• Support / track class room syllabus learning through resources
• Support / track tool learning (IT, engg skills, accounting, etc)
• Counseling students, families at all levels 
• Skill workshops for professionals

Design Node: Activities

• Facilitate design workshops with streaming central content
• New content development
• Age groups - kg through high school, professionals
• Show design applications, get community feedback
• Include design with science, communication, social science

Health Node: Activities

• document / track health conditions
• video consultation with doctors, for fee
• organize self help groups for peer support, health assessement
• connect with local doctors, test centers
• later - will set up primary testing equipment at node
