Past continous with WHILE and WHEN.

the past continous are joins with the connector "while" for manifest than other action is accomplished to the same time than a action previous already is by the same person or different.
connector "while" means while at the same time or, and may be placed either at the beginning of the sentence or between both sentences.
your prayers can be both positive and negative.

el pasado continuo se une con el conector "while" para manifestar que otra acción es realizado al mismo tiempo que una acción anterior, ya sea por la misma persona o una diferente.

el conector "while" significa mientras o al mismo tiempo que, y puede ir colocado ya sea al inicio de la oración o en medio de ambas oraciones .
