Course Concepts and procedures

  • I was surprised by the attention to detail required for each level of project management.
  • The level of detail in the WBS and Gantt chart was very unexpected.

Textbook and projects

  • The text was a great resource that provided even more information than I expected.
  • Our case studies demonstrated the overall lack of complete planning that occurred in larger projects.

Using course content

  • I believe I will be able to use what I have learned in this course within my school district when taking leadership in task completion.
  • The planning tools and strategies learned during this course are not unique to PM, therefore allowing me to utilize them in my district.

surprising classmate feedback

final surprise

  • Overall, I did not expect to carry many strategies from the course back to my current occupation.
  • However, I have realized how universal the teamwork and planning strategies may be in any workplace in order for team members to blend their skills seamlessly.
