DTS EQUIP

Equip provides a resource-rich environment where DTS leaders and staff are equipped in character, skills and Spirit, so that both DTS students and programs worldwide may benefit and develop according to their individual and corporate callings.

We focus on the core of who we are as disciples first. Identity in Christ, what we believe, who we are as believers and as a mission. This is the core building block for any leader.

MDM

DTS leaders and staff come for 9 weeks of specific and intentional DTS leadership training. They sharpen their skills in leading groups, discipling students, training staff and leading outreaches. They become better equipped to design creative and relevant DTS programs for to- day’s generation and be familiarized with the vision, values, ethos and curriculum of YWAM’s DTS. They gain a clearer understanding of the University of the Nations expectations of what is or isn’t a DTS.

DTS STAFF

Topics include:
Foundational Values, DTS Evaluation,One-on-One, Crisis Management, Servant Leadership, Curriculum development, etc.

TEACHING IN DTS

Topics taught:
Relationships, Hearing God's Voice, Identity, Father Heart, Faith and Faithfulness, Holy Spirit, Discipleship, Interession, Forgiveness, Servant Leadership, Mentoring, etc
