The earth was once covered in darkness. At one point, the god, Con Tiqui Viracocha, emerged from a lake, bringing human beings with him.

Then, Con Tiqui created the sun, the moon, and the stars to light the world. He continued making human beings. Some were women that were already pregnant.

He sent off the people he created in every comer of the world.

The women that were pregnant had their babies. This allowed for the human species to stay alive.
