• Creating an experiential evening for all Eo Members and their Spouses
• Designing segregated engagement areas and incorporating modern age activities.
• Overall planning and execution of the Summit

Objective

• To stitch together a theme
• A theme which is filled with everything
• Evening which brings fun, entertainment and engagement
• Providing you an opportunity to open up to the core
• Which drags you out of your boring schedule and acts as a stress buster

BUT A CHANCE TO PARTY IS NOT AN EASY ONE

SINCE YOU FOUND A REASON
WE DECIDED TO OFFER A CELEBRATION HARD TO FORGET

The theme would be based on one of the World's funniest and most entertaining movie

Which will purely act as a stress buster for all the guest

Its time to REDIFINE the whole concept of the event

• Guests arriving on the red carpet are greeted by hostesses
• The guests are welcomed at the venue with beer/shots.
• Followed by a photo shoot option for all the guests at Photo Op Zone just before party hall.
• Guests are welcomed by the EMCEE and the party mood get set with a soothing music from a famous band.
• Various engagement options like ‘drum circles’ & ‘give your voice’ creates a bonding among employees & warms up the evening
