Darryn Lyons is the mayor for Geelong. While he is mayor he will try to make Geelong a better place. He must attend meetings, provide guidance for the residents and when the city needs improving he will be the one to provide planning. Darryn has already done some improvements to Geelong since late 2013. He is trialing a plan to make parking free in the CBD all weekend. He says that this plan will be good because it will encourage more people to come to Geelong on the weekends. Darryn plans to make places a great tourism place and beautify the city.

Cameron ling is a former football player for the Geelong cats who now owns several restaurants in Geelong. Cameron ling is also a football commentator on channel 7. He owns 2 restaurants in Geelong barevas restaurant and the Edge.Cameron said “Investing in Geelong can only be a positive experience. People here are very supportive of local business and there is a strong proactive community. Cameron plays a big part in the Geelong community.Cameron says he would do anything for His home town Geelong. People even called him the mayor of Geelong because he's done many things for Geelong.

Lino Bisinella is a big name who owns lots of lands including Grand lakes and the Pirra homestead where the great Lara food and wine festival is held. He has been creating jobs in the Geelong region for 50 years. He sells houses, lands and more. He has donated money to hospitals, schools and To new developments In Lara. He sponsors main features in Geelong including the tennis club and cricket club. He keeps the Lara heritage alive as well as improving the homes a little. He has made donated a room to the Lara Fire Brigade.
