It is supposedly made up and no known deaths.

A big blade that is attached to a pendulum.
Last used in the 18th sentry; no known deaths
Immurement
They would seal in a person into a room.
There are deaths however they were lost over time or destroyed buy nature or people.
Evisceration
The removal of internal organs.
