How to Make Pasta Shells with Four Cheeses (Handy)

Ingredients

  • 4 oz of Gruyere
  • 4 oz of Jarisberg
  • 4 oz of Fontina
  • 8 oz of Parmesan
  • 3/4 stick of Butter
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 4 Egg Yolk
  • 1 tsp of Nutmeg
  • 16 oz of Medium Pasta Shells

Step 1

Melt butter in small saucepan

Step 2

Grate parmesan and Gruyere. Cut Jarisberg and Fontina into cubes

Step 3

REMOVE SAUCEPAN FROM HEAT AND ADD FOUR CHEESES INTO SAUCEPAN

Step 4

Whilst cheese is melting, boil salted water

STep 5

when cheese melts slightly, add warm milk and season with nutmeg

Step 6

add pasta to boiling water and cook

Step 7

Use an emersion blender to cut cheese up to help melt it completely

step 8

take off heat and add egg yolks

Step 9

Drain pasta

Step 10

Pour cheese over pasta and enjoy!
