How Were They Made?

The process of building pyramids is still not known today. Some people believe that ALIENS helped the Egyptians.

Only aliens could've helped move the millions of granite stones. The Great Pyramid at Giza is almost 2.3 million stones all by itself. Each stone weighed around 3 tons! Keep in mind that even today's men can't lift 3 tons. Also, some of the pyramids are so precise you can't even fit a needle between the blocks.

Without the help of aliens how else would these giant structures survive so long? Pyramids have only settled 1/2 of an inch over the last 500 years. Even the White House has settled 5 inches in the last 200 years.

Alien builder theories have been near busted but there are weird, undecipherable hieroglyphics. These hieroglyphics are well preserved but still we don't know what they represent or could represent.

SO, IF IT WASN'T ALIENS...

How did they do it?

How can you move 3 ton stones accross a desert?

DID THEY USE ROLLERS? Stone or wooden rollers under the blocks would be like wheels. But the littlest mistake would crush the rollers.

It is believed they used sleds to pull the stones. On smaller and uncompleted pyramids they found sleds. This suggests that the sled method is a most credible answer.

There is also evidence that they wet the sand to reduce friction. They may have used just water, or water and oil to make the sand slippery.
This hieroglyph shows the Egyptians moving a giant sculpture and a man maybe wetting the sand to reduce friction.
12 men could have easily pulled a 3 ton stone on a sled with slippery sand.

BUT HOW DO YOU LIFT 3 TONS OF STONE?

The tallest pyramid was over 400 feet tall!

They could have built ramps but by the time they got to the top, a single ramp would be bigger than the whole pyramid. A spiral ramp or a ramp on all four sides might have worked better.

A simple crane would have let workers lift the heavy stones. It is a lever and was "technology" the Egyptians would have known how to use . Levers are simple machines like a seesaw.

Most likely a combination of ramps, sleds, slippery sand and levers would have been used.

OR IT WAS ALIENS...
