SERVICE ANIMALS

• I expect some resistance from employees
• I expect there will be some that will not know ADA laws
• There may be some that have been trained
• Others may presume and not ask at all

REACTIONS VARY

• I did not expect others to be so open minded about the sevice animals rights.
• Others that ignored the fact the dog was a service animal but said nothing at all.
• Most were very friendly
• Others asked for identification

3/10 PEOPLE HAD SOMETHNG TO SAY ABOUT THE SERVICE ANIMAL

I WAS EXPECTING MORE RESISTANCE FROM THE PUBLIC

IN CONCLUSION NOT EVERYONE WILL RESPOND THE SAME.
