Ask if meds should be given b4 blood sample
Ask if ok if he can eat b4 sample is taken

Observation:look for changes in behavior and physically
Report ant change to the right person at the right time
Notify the guardian & nurse trainer when meds are changed
Record meds info on appropriate form
