The Sun

The sun uses nuclear energy to make thermal and radiant energy though the thermal energy doesn't reach earth.

Ethanol plant

At the ethanol plant, the corn is turned to alcohol through a long chemical process.
The alcohol is then burned and can be used in a turbine.

Phone

The electricity is ran through your house outlets, to your charger, into your phone where it charges the batteries.

The energy can then be used for sound energy when playing on apps or watching videos by pressing the control buttons on the side of the phone.

Light energy every time you turn on your phone, the phone gives off light to see the screen.
