  • Producers are plants or alage that can make their own food.
  • Producers are the beginning of a food chain.
  • Also,producers must have sunlight to make their food.

WHAT IS PHOTOSYNTHESIS?

CONSUMERS

  • A consumer is an organism that can't produce their own food.
  • The different types of consumers are herbivores,carnivores,and omnivores.
  • Consumers eat any food they desire.

HERBIVORES

  • A herbivore is any animal that eats only plants.
  • Some herbivores are insects.
  • Herbivores eat little holes in leaves.They also eat lots of plants.

CARNIVORES

  • A carnivore is an animal that only eats meat.
  • Some carnivores eat fish.
  • Carnivores can eat any animal.They do not eat plants.

OMNIVORE

  • An omnivore is an organism that eats plants or animals.
  • There are many different types of omnivores.
  • All omnivores eat any food.Such fruits and vegetables.

DECOMPOSERS

  • A decomposer is an organism that breaks down different materials.
  • Decomposers break down many different organisms such as leaves.
  • Some decomposers can be fungus or bacteria.

FOOD CHAIN

  • A food chain is the process in which food is produced.
  • One example of a food chain is grass,grasshopper,snake,eagle,and bacteria a s shown.

  • A food web is a linking of many different food chains.
