A consumer is an organism that can't produce their own food.
The different types of consumers are herbivores,carnivores,and omnivores.
Consumers eat any food they desire.

HERBIVORES
A herbivore is any animal that eats only plants.
Some herbivores are insects.
Herbivores eat little holes in leaves.They also eat lots of plants.

CARNIVORES
A carnivore is an animal that only eats meat.
Some carnivores eat fish.
Carnivores can eat any animal.They do not eat plants.

OMNIVORE
An omnivore is an organism that eats plants or animals.
There are many different types of omnivores.
All omnivores eat any food.Such fruits and vegetables.

A decomposer is an organism that breaks down different materials.
Decomposers break down many different organisms such as leaves.
Some decomposers can be fungus or bacteria.

A food chain is the process in which food is produced.
