Some of us love colouring, some not so much. But did you know colouring has really good health benefits?

BENEFITS OF COLOURING

  • Colouring helps your brain to focus
  • Colouring helps your vision
  • It's been prescribed by psychiatrists for 100 years!
  • It helps mindfulness
  • And it helps your relaxation

In 2009 a study was done where they called out random names while a subject coloured. Then they tried it out on people who weren't colouring. The people who were colouring remembered 29% more, than the people who didn't colour.

NEGATIVES

  • Sometimes you have no time
  • It isn't healthy to colour ALL the time
  • It doesn't help your posture
  • And colouring books can be expensive
