Colouring helps your brain to focus
Colouring helps your vision
It's been prescribed by psychiatrists for 100 years!
It helps mindfulness
And it helps your relaxation

In 2009 a study was done where they called out random names while a subject coloured. Then they tried it out on people who weren't colouring. The people who were colouring remembered 29% more, than the people who didn't colour.
