Honey bees and flowers have a mutualistic relationship which is symbiosis that it is beneficial to both organisms involved

|Scientific Name|
The scientific name for a honey bee is Apis. There are different names for flowers. It just depends on what kind of flower. The scientific name for a sunflower is Helianthus.

|Origination|
Bees are found all over the world. But honey bees originated in Africa. Flowers originated in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Latin America.

|What they feed on|
Bees feed on nectar and pollen and queen bees eat royal jelly. Flowers gain sunlight and absorb nutrients from the soil.

|Their role in the relationship|
The flower gives the bee it's food, nectar and pollen. The honey bee then takes that to the other flowers.
