TRAVIS D'ARNAUD

CATCHER FOR THE NEW YORK METS.

Travis started his career in 2007 with the Phillies,he was then sent to the blue jays in 2010
as part of a 10 player trade,in 2012 Travis was drafted to the mets where he plays today.

Persisting
Despite dealing with back pains throughout his season of 2010 Travis managed to persist through the pain,
Travis's hitting was .259 average,a ops of .726 and 6 home runs in 71 games.

Taking responsible risks.
He suffered a non-displaced fracture on his left foot during a game on April 17. d'Arnaud was cleared to begin rehab on June 3 however, he recovered slower than firstly expected, having been limited to running in a rehab pool on June 21st, while awaiting clearance for land-based running. On July 24, d'Arnaud played in his first rehab game with the GCL Mets, and went 1–3 at the plate. He returned to the Las Vegas 51s on August 9.

Finding humour.
Perez is a loved player by team mates and fans for his humour,he is well known for giving "Gatorade showers" to any one being interviewed that plays for his team,he gives people these showers whenever his team win a home game or a memorable away game.

Striving for accuracy.
Salvador is a three time mlb gold glove award winner,he won his first award in the 2013 season,he then won it again in his 2014 season and won it again last year in 2015.

Thinking flexibly.
Close to the end of the 2013 season, teammate Alcides Escobar sprayed Pérez with Victoria's Secret perfume and he had four hits. Pérez continued to wear perfume during his games as a good-luck charm, switching to 212 VIP cologne by Carolina Herrera in 2014.
