1. The setting is a main factor that shows when Medea was taken place.

2. The value between woman and men back in the day.

3. In the historical times; people were viewed as mythological roles, so it was easy to understand how the characters were portrayed in the book.

1. The women were on the same level as men. The men didn't accept that role as much as the women did.

2. Yes, because the play has a misogynistic style and it was written by a man! Therefore, he would be biased against women... making it a feminist text.
