It's authentically owned and driven by students!

Performance breeds ownership!

Imagine what performance can do in math?

Give kids a stage to demonstrate a collection of growth. Support them in doing so. Watch the soar! Yes, even in math!

Student performance in core subjects gives them an opportunity to extend learning beyond a worksheet...or packet!

Your risk may be beginning with what has been done...

Give kids a selection of choices at the beginning- A Path

Purposefully select "pre-packed" Assessments that have multiple standards built in...

Begin with reflecting...

What is this unit about?
What do I know already?
What am I going to learn?
When am I going to learn it?
Where can I learn if I want to get ahead?
How will I plan it?
How do I know that I'm on the right path?
How will technology support me?
