WHAT IS THE HEART MUSCLE CELL?

  • The heart muscle cell contracts itself so that the heart keeps pumping blood.
  • If the body of any organism didn't have this cell the body could not work.
  • Individual cells surround the muscle helping blood to be pumped.

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT TO AN ANIMAL CELL?

  • The heart muscle cell has one sacrum & the animal cell has none.
  • The heart muscle cell has a numerous amount of parts that the animal cell doesn't.
  • My cell is a muscle, the animal cell is not.
