  • 5-12 years old need 10-11 hours of sleep.
  • You need to sleep to feel well and energetic.
  • Kids need more sleep than adults.

  • Sleep earlier than your currant bedtime.
  • Set your alarm to exactly your age group.
  • Ex. 11 years old, bedtime 7:00pm, alarm 5:00am.
  • Try to sleep the same time every day.
  • Try to wake up the same time everyday.
