Fruits and vegetables

  • The fruits and vegetables contain vitamins and mineral and eat a variety of them helps to prevent diseases such as lower blood pressure

  • The grains have carbohydrates, protein, sodium and fiber

They contain protein necessary for growth and normal development especially during childhood
