Physical The Physical part of the body is most important because this part of the triangle has things that make our physical appearance look better these things are: Smoking, Alcohol, Sleep, and not exercising. the main reason why this is so important for the health triangle is that if you smoking, drink alcohol, and not get enough sleep it will appear in your appearance so in order for your appearance to look better don't smoke or drink alcohol. Also, make sure to get enough sleep which is recommended for 8 hours or more.
Social The social part of the triangle is also an important part of staying healthy the reason why is because when you have friends, get along with people, express yourself, and support those who need you it can help you with your social skills this is also important because it helps your health keep balance with other components of the health triangle.
Mental Mental health is also important because it has our psychological, and emotional side, this is also important because our mental health determines how we act, feel, and behave. Mental health is very important because it also contains our stress for example if we are stressed all the time it can really have an effect on how we act behave and feel stress also isn't good for our health because if we don't have our mental health in check it will have consequences and disorders.
Balance Balance is also important in the health triangle the reason why is because in order to have a good health triangle you need to balance your physical, emotional/mental, and social side of the triangle this also helps to balance your health without going overboard.
