Exercise: Hour and 15 mins of flag football

Lunch: One piece of pizza, yogurt, 16 oz water
Dinner: Steak, Bowl of Minestrone soup, 4 slices of Challah Bread, Noodle Kugel
Dinner cont'd: Brussel Sprouts, Butternut Squash souffle, potatos, cup of water
Snacks: Bag of Potato Chips, 3 cups of Trail mix, 16 oz water, cup of water

Breakfast: Cinnamon Bread with butter, Tea
Lunch: Tuna melt, 16 oz water
Dinner: Chicken Parmesan
Exercise: Hour and 45 mins of ice hockey
