JACKSON SNIDER

DAY ONE

  • Breakfast: Bowl of cereal with milk
  • Lunch: Bacon Mac n Cheese with Corn each half a "boat" and 16 oz water
  • Dinner: Burger, Hot Dog, Bag of Potato Chips, and Water
  • Snacks: Banana, Bag of Potato Chips, and 16 oz water
  • Exercise: Hour and 15 mins of flag football

DAY TWO

  • Breakfast: Steel cut oats with peanut butter
  • Lunch: One piece of pizza, yogurt, 16 oz water
  • Dinner: Steak, Bowl of Minestrone soup, 4 slices of Challah Bread, Noodle Kugel
  • Dinner cont'd: Brussel Sprouts, Butternut Squash souffle, potatos, cup of water
  • Snacks: Bag of Potato Chips, 3 cups of Trail mix, 16 oz water, cup of water

DAY THREE

  • Breakfast: Cinnamon Bread with butter, Tea
  • Lunch: Tuna melt, 16 oz water
  • Dinner: Chicken Parmesan
  • Exercise: Hour and 45 mins of ice hockey
  • Exercise cont'd: hour and 5 mins of flag football

SLEEP

  • Day 1: 11:30-6:40
  • Day 2: 11:44-6:29
  • Day 3: 11:55-6:49
