EATING HEALTHY

  • (Eating healthy is when you eat good foods every day to keep you healthy).
  • Do I eat healthy? (Sometimes).
  • I said sometimes because when I pack my own lunch I out healthy foods in it but when...
  • I eat at a restaurant I sometimes don't always eat very healthy but I try to.
  • I eat salads,watermelon, pineapple, chicken, and green apples!

EXERCISE

  • Exercise is important because if you don't, you can get sick and you won't be able to do much
  • I do once in awhile. But when I do it I usually do it for a couple of hours.
