Running is very good for your body.
It will help me become a healthier person.
It will prevent heart diseases in the future.

THE PLAN
I will run a mile 3 days a week.
I will try to get 7 minutes by the end of 4 weeks.
I will run on Wednesdays because I don't have dance then.
I will also run in the morning on the weekends.
I will drink at least 4 bottles of water a day to keep hydrated.

TIME-BOUND
I will attempt to reach my goal in 4 weeks.
The time constraints of the greater Hartford academy of the arts will make it difficult.
The time constraints of my dance studio at home will make it difficult.
And the time constraints of completing homework will make it difficult.
I will devote at least an hour to my goal 3 days a week.
