INGREDIENTS; CABBAGE, SARDINES, FRESH HERBS
I know many think sardines are disgusting. I do too BUT add a few to a dish and it adds an amazingly great flavor. Keep a tin in the fridge.

TRADER JOE'S SOUP AND LINK OF CHICKEN SAUSAGE, WHITE BEANS
Trader Joe's sells a four pack of fresh chicken/basil sausages. I wrap them individually and freeze. Thaw one for this recipe.

DUMP IN THE CASSEROLE

FIRST, THE CABBAGE

A FEW SARDINES AND HERBS

If you don't have any fresh herbs ad a couple of pinches of dry green herb.

SQUEEZE BLOBS OF SAUSAGE AND 1/2 BOX OF THE SOUP

The sausage is in a casing...squeeze some blobs out until the casing is empty.

COVER

COOK 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR

Out of the oven

GIVE IT A STIR

SERVE IT!

ENJOY IT!

Ingredients:
Cabbage - 4 cups
white beans (any kind) - two cups
Fresh or dried green herbs - see picture!
Chicken/Basil sausage from Trader Joe's (or any other store)
Roasted pepper and tomato soup from Trader Joe's (or other)
Canned sardines
