• But don't give to much sunflower seeds because
• They will get diarrhea

• You should not try to change the diet to fast
• If you change it to greens they will get diarrhea
• This could be a mess with long haired hamsters

• They like sunflower seeds
• Beemoth grass
• Crickets
• Grasshoppers

• Hamsters can eat other things as well
• They can eat lettuce
• Carrots
• Pieces of potatoes
• Fresh clover
