Code 229:If a builder builds a house for a man and does not make its construction sound and the house which he has built collapses and causes the death of the owner of the house the builder shall be put to death.
Code 230:If it kills the son of the owner the son of that builder shall be put to death.

Question 1: Do we have a similar law today?
Answer: We do not have any similar law today for both laws because today we would just make the builder go through a different punishment for example they would make the builder got o jail or pay for the damages he has cause.

Question 2: who does this law affect?
Answer: In this aspect of life this law is property in both laws because it is involving a house that a builder made.

Question 3:who is this law benefited to?
Anwser: Both of these laws are benefited for the man because he is the on getting a new house but once the house collapses the builder will be paying for all the damage he caused.

Answer: this law is needed because the builder is paying for all the damages he made and for also causing the mans death.

Question 5: What happen if these two laws didn't exist?
Answer: If these two laws didn't exist then no one would even care and they wouldn't try to fix the problem they would just leave everything a mess.
