WHO

  • We are causing the problem
  • When we cut down trees to build houses or to farm
  • When we cut down forest or drain lakes to build cities and roads
  • Also forest fires destroy habitats and kill animals

WHAT

  • It is when an animal loses it's natural home
  • Usually caused by humans
  • In Borneo the number of rhinos has dropped down to under 50

WHEN

  • It occurs when a natural habitat
  • Is changed so dramatically
  • That it can no longer support the species
  • It originally supported.

WHERE

  • It is occurring all around the world
  • It is mostly happening where human population is
  • It also happens a lot to different forest and rain forest

WHY

ENDANGERED SPECIES

  • One if the top endangered species is the ivory billed woodpecker.
  • it was believed to be extinct until 2004, reports of them in Arkansas.
  • It's decline is due to Humans destroying their environment for Logging.
  • The Interior and Agriculture departments donated money to set up
