JAPAN GYMNASTICS

CHILDREN IN GYMNASTICS

  • Children in gymnastics start at a very young age.
  • Age 2- college years, even olympic years.
  • The children get pushed really hard in practice
  • To the point of when they start to cry.

GIRLS GYMNASTICS

  • Need to have their splits down all the way
  • And need to lift heavy weights.

WEIGHTS

BOYS GYMNASTICS PRACTICE

  • Need to have their splits down.
  • Need to lift weights
  • The lifting weights may make them strong but it stunts their growth.

LIFTING WEIGHTS

HARSH PRACTICES

  • In gymnastics these gymnast train 6-8 hours a day and 7 days a week.
  • Their practice is pretty harsh because they get sat on by their heavy coaches to make them more flexible.
  • They need to practice on sprained ankles, broken limbs, and rips from the parallel bars.
  • There is alot of blood, sweat , and tears in their practices.

  • Japan has made it to the olympicc so many times.
  • In order to be the best you need to train the best.
  • They train for longer practices and have harder skills.
  • The olympic gymnasts train alot more than regular gymnasts.
