DAY ONE

  • Go for a run (40 minutes )
  • Stretch after

DAY 2

  • Go for a 1 hour swim
  • Lift (legs, squats)
  • Stretch (repeat day one stretches)

  • Bike ride 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Abs (planks) 3 sets of 10
  • Pushups for arms (50)
  • Same stretch as day one

  • Include a lift this time (back, chest, and arms)
  • Yoga
