TAXES

• Taxes are too high and should be lowered
• Everyone is being taxed too much, especially the middle class

ENVIRONMENTALISM

• There should be more laws to control and safeguard the quality of the environment

TRADE POLICY

• I think it's in everyone's best interest to have the best goods at the lowest price

FIGHTING TYRANNY

• Genocide is a crime against humanity
• It is our duty to do something

AFFIRMATIVE ACTION

• Equality means merit and hard work should get you what you need
• Race should not be a factor

EDUCATION

• Schools need better resources and teachers need better pay to succeed
• Without the best teachers, the system will fail
• Education is very important and should be treated as such

PURPOSE OF THE GOVERNMENT

• The purpose of the government is to help run the people
• It should help provide things that people can't do for ourselves
• Private lives of citizens should be left to the people

THE PROBLEM WITH THE WORLD

• America can be taken as a threat to world peace, given our war like rhetoric
• We should only take part in a war that directly threatens our safety
• Otherwise, we do not need to always take action

IMMIGRATION

• We believe that as long as they follow the procedures to become an American citizen, they should have rights
• But these rights should not be available to those who come here illegally

CORPORATIONS AND UNIONS

• Unions are a positive thing when they the welfare of their workers in mind.
• Unions help workers get equal rights

FAMILIES

• All families, traditional and nontraditional are all equal
• Alternative lifestyle couples should be able to adopt children

HEALTH CARE

• National healthcare is wrong
• It will cause taxes to raise dramatically
• It could costs thousands of jobs

ABORTION

• This is a very hard topic to discuss and is a hard decision to make
• My party believes in pro-choice. While I'm not a huge fan of the idea, it is the woman's choice to make
• We can not take away that right, because there are cases of rape and other reasoning for an abortion.
• It is the mothers choice, not the governments

HOMELESSNESS

• To improve this major issue, more homes should be built
• This will create more jobs, which will help the economy
• People who are homeless go through a lot of struggles, and fight to live
• There are programs out there that feed and cloth the homeless. These should continue.

THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS

• People have the right to protect themselves
• But they shouldn't pose a threat to the safety of other people
