Giant pandas are covered with fur and they are black and white. The giant pandas when they are full grown they weight about 250 pounds

INTERESTING FACTS

• Pandas do not hibernate but it will shelter in caves or hollow trees in very cold weather.
• Pandas may climb as high as 4,000 meters to feed on higher slopes in the summer season.
• It states with its mother for about 18 months, until it's independent enough to establish its own territory.
• The Chinese once hunted it believing it's pelt provided magical protection against evil spirits.
• Their are only about 1,000 Giant Pandas left in the wild.They are classified as Endangerd
