GETTING TO KNOW YOU 1

INTRODUCTION

STUDENT INTRODUCTIONS

In pairs, the student to the right of the teacher is S1 and to the leftS2.

S1 is to tell S2:
Their name, Primary school they attended, favourite movie and what high school means to them.

S2 is to listen without interrupting.
At the end of 1 minute, they are to introduce this student to the other 2 students in their group.
When these 2 students have finished swap over to S2 and repeat.
Volunteers to be called to introduce 6 students to the class.

Move around the classroom in a controlled manner to the music.

When it ends, talk to the person nearest to you (30 secs each) about:
Your favourite holiday destination.

Call for volunteers at the end to discuss their partner's topic.

Food you love the most.
