In the middle of the reserve, there is a lake, providing homes for the many marine creatures that can be found here. At the edge of the lake, one will find boats for hire, at £3.50 an hour. Just £5 will get you a full day pass to the boats.

In the north end of the park, a watchtower built into a tree will grant a full view across the reserve for visitors.
