WHY GREECE HAD BEEN A GREAT EXAMPLE

Armies would use the invention of catapults and defense mechanisms that the Greeks used to protect their own empires.
Greek's showed how important it was to travel in order for a successful economy.
Architecture had been very far advanced in order to build on the rugged island.
Greeks had to learn how to travel through mountains and other obstructions which would be used and advanced by other major civilizations.
