WHAT IS GENOCIDE?
Genocide is the crime of killing many people who are all part of one ethnic or religious group, or some sort of similar group.

The perpetrators are the governments of Rwanda and Uganda and the M23 militia..

Bystanders?
The bystanders in the Congolese genocide are the US and the UN. They "look the other way when it comes toe this.

Rescuers?
The Congolese government has urged the United Nations to sanction Rwandan officials and asked the international community to continue their policy of freezing aid to Rwanda.

The victims of the Congolese genocide are the Congolese civilians.
