• you get a chance to start new
• you get a break
• you learn how to handle real life before you're out of school

Why I might take a gap year

• to get a chance and travel places I've never been
• give me a chance to experience new places
• I can get inspiration for job ideas
• it'll make me thankful for what i have

Why my parents won't let me

• they think I won't go back to college
• I could get hurt
• Find somewhere better to live
• basically never come back

Places I would want to go

• Provence, France
• Rome, Italy
• Siena, Italy
• Cork, Ireland
• Tokyo, Japan
• London, England
• Wellington, New Zealand
• Bucharest, Romania

If I did travel:

• I would find a small apartment to stay in for the time I'm there
• or backpack across

What would happen:

• I would raise funds to travel
• and for food and other stuff
• I would hold odd jobs (or odd to americans)
• if i found a place I liked I would come back and stay
