FUN FACTS
- Chernobyl is the most famous example of an accident dealing with gamma rays and this disaster is still leaking radiation into the nearby Ukrainian city of Pripyat. It has been 33 years since the disaster and it still is not safe to enter the city without radiation protection.
- It takes on average 15-20 minutes to get a noticeable sunburn without sunscreen and 2-6 hours with sunblock
