Galaxy

  • A big area with millions of stars and planets with dust and gases. There are 5 types of galaxys.

Spiral galaxy

Spiral galaxy

  • A spiral galaxy is a huge area in the shape of a spiral with billions of stars. Sometimes the middle of those galaxy's have a black hole in the middle.

Elliptical Galaxy

  • A Elliptical galaxy is a galaxy that is shaped like a Ellipsoidal. There stars orbit the center of galaxy.

Irregular galaxy

Irregular Galaxy

  • A Irregular galaxy is a galaxy that does not have the shape that other galaxy's have. Usually irregular galaxy's are younger and contain large amounts of gas and dust.

Dwarf galaxy

  • Dwarf galaxy's are small then regular galaxy's with only a several billion stars.

Milky Way

  • The Milky Way is the galaxy that we live in. With a black hole in the middle and a lot of dust.
